I bought this from the great Grant Waters the author of the eponymous Art Dictionary and it has hung in my last two houses
In fact he documented over sixteen hundred such designs
This is somewhat outside our usual sphere
His ability to give shape and expression to the bizarre through his artwork is simply incredible and always great fun
That night he was very complimentary about my painting and coming from him
