and until five or ten years ago it was in a large empty spot on Spain’s wine map
In the 19th and 20th centuries industry in Milan and Turin called and most people from Boca answered until in the 1980s there were fewer than 10 total hectares of vines
the wine is left on the skins for a few hours to let more intense and complex flavors set
This isn't entirely unlike Cotes de Beaune
