Good soil moisture allowed the vines to weather the warm, dry summer before late rains refreshed the vines before cooler conditions allowed a long, even ripening. The nose is bright and expressive with aromas of dark berries, ripe blood plans and exotic spice. The palate is supple and fruit driven but impressively elegant with spicy, dark berry fruit flavours wrapped in fine
