Champagne Mouzon Leroux L'opiniatre Blanc de Blancs 2016 (Disg. Oct 2021) docg-greco-di-tufo Argyros Assyrtiko Santorini PDO 2016Champagne L'Opiniatre is the flagship of Mouzon Leroux: a Blanc de Blancs Millesimato from the Grand Cru of Verzy with great complexity and richness. It is produced with vinification in wood and with aging on the lees in the bottle for over 60 months. It smells of flowers, fruit, citrus, chalk, vanilla, toasted bread and much more. On the palate it is rich, intense, savory, fresh and mineral, with a long persistence .
