Gentle basket pressing ensures delicate fruit balance is maintained
The palate is clean generously flavoured: an elegant balance of acidity and fruit intensity with a lip-smacking crisp finish
Perfectly mature clusters are careful hand-harvested with good sanitary conditions and further selection of the grapes takes place in the winery by means of a sorting table
