Maison Champy Chablis 1er Cru 2019 Size::6 Bottle Case Boulay vinifies this cuvée inThis Chablis 1er Cru is a blend of selected Premiers Crus, predominantly from the 1er Cru of Vaucoupin on the right bank, the most southerly of 1er Crus on this side of the Serein river and Vosgros + Vauligeneau, almost directly opposite Vaucoupin on the left side. Average age of vineyards is 40 to 45 years old. Whole bunch pressed into specially designed wider tanks to aid with settling the lees and reduces the amount of sulphur needed. Primary
