Bayou Classic Outdoor Stainless Bayou® Fryer With Side Shelf Size:9-gal Safe & EffectiveCreate a distinct bayou essence in your backyard with a 9 gal Stainless Bayou Fryer. Its a crowd feeding Triple Basket Fryer that heats from the inside out, not the bottom. Heat jets horizontally through a hollow vent tube immersed in cooking oil. But the real sizzle is the V Shaped Bottom which collects loose batter below the heat source to prevent scorching. Cooking oil stays cleaner and lasts much longer.
