60’s Black Velvet Hooded Cape avant garde tops This dress is a tent1960s black velvet hooded long cape fully lined. Three covered buttons at the top plus a small button and loop at the very top. Wide slits in the sides for your arms to come through. Wonderful hood, velvet on both sides. Very good condition. Enjoy wearing it to the opera, holiday events or even Halloween! Very versatile.
