Body is pile lined. Sleeves are quilt lined. Does up the center front with five leather look plastic buttons. Two side pockets at the waist. Interior left chest pocket. Pockets are pile lined in the front. DESIGNER LABEL: International Collection Made in Japan Tagged a size 42. Made to be worn slightly loose. Based on the measurements below this would best
